1. At The Urban Disciple, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Returns and Exchanges Policy for detailed information on how to proceed.


2. Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns: A return or exchange must be initiated within 7 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.  Once approved, your original method of payment will be credited minus all shipping and a 5% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items are as follows: Gift cards, Downloadable software, personalized products and/or custom-made items, and Items marked as final sale.

How to Initiate a Return:
Contact our customer service team at info@TheUrbanDisciple.com to request a return authorization. 
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation.
Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, or we made an error.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
